The project involved the study, design and preparation of contract documents for a 33 lot subdivision in the City of Hurricane, West Virginia.

Site design responsibilities included lot layout, grading, interior roadway and driveway design, pavement design, as well as the design of the storm water system including a storm water detention pond.

Utility design included water distribution, sanitary sewer design and coordination with local electric, telephone and gas companies.

Additional design responsibilities included obtaining all permits including N.P.D.E.S. permit, WV Health Department and Putnam County Planning Commission permits.

Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes, survey plat development and construction stakeout.
