Project: Balanced Care Senior Center

The project involved the study, design and preparation of contract documents for the site design including grading, parking layout, lighting, pavement design, utility design and access road design.

Building facility design included foundation design and the structural framing design.

Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes and construction stakeout.
