Project: Advance Auto Parts
This project involved the study, design and preparation of contract plans and related documents for the development of a 0.7 acre site for a new Advance Auto Parts Store facility in Pleasants County, West Virginia.
Design services included preliminary and final site grading and design, storm water design including a detention pond, parking lot layout, utility design into the site as well as landscaping, lighting, permitting and final paving.
Surveying services included boundary survey, ALTA Survey, field mapping for design purposes and construction layout.
